- Drivers can use our web-based Personal Use Reporting System to easily record their personal mileage.
- We submit personal mileage declarations to your Payroll Department monthly.
- We generate a year-end personal mileage reconciliation for each employee.
Your organization is responsible for compliance with tax law, but Peninsula Fleet Services will collect and validate the data, and provide you with reports, customized to your needs.
